GLARY has 7 producing lines of extrusion machines ranging from 600T to 2100T, max diameter is 320mm and min diameter is 14mm so far. We are building a new tool and extrusion workshop so that we can provide you heat sinks over 320mm diameter in 2014-2015.
All standard aluminums available like 6005, 6061, 6063 with low MOQ starting from 2M.
GLARY has 5 producing lines of forging machines ranging from 200T to 2000T, max diameter is 350mm and min diameter is 20mm so far. Pure aluminum 1070 and copper C1100 can be accepted, the heat dissipator can be reach to 300W. The shape can be made into round, square, rectangle and hexagon shape. The fins can be made into round pins, straight fins, blade fins and flared fins. The color can be made anodizing with silver, black, blue, red, purple, gold and so on.
